Presenting our blog on Open Day, this saturday.

Presenting eTwinning.

Presenting eTwinning 🙂

We had 7 groups of parents visiting us in class this saturday.

4 of us were in charge of presenting our eTwinning project.  We talked very enthusiastically to the potential future pupils and their parents.

We were very sorry not to have a proper Interactive board but we managed 🙂 and guess what? A little bird told us we might be equipped before the school year is over 🙂

Parents and children were very impressed by our blog. We told them all about our partners from Italy, Scotland, Slovakia and, last but not least, about our friends from Germany who are taking care of  very precious fluffy creatures 😉

The audience was very attentive ;-)

After introducing the various topics we are dealing  with on  our blog, we showed them cards, letters, documents and drawings we got  via slow mail from our friends on the blog.

Maps, Leaflets, cards, letters, postcards ... from our friends.

Our Headteacher paid us a morning visit and was very proud of us. We were very, very pleased.

We could have stayed all day with parents and children as we had so much more to tell them about. They promised they would go on the blog at home. Victor explained to them  how to access it from the school website and how to leave comments 🙂 🙂

At first we were a bit stressed to talk to parents,  as Mrs Munar had told us we couldn’t read any paper. We have rehearsed part of this week and little by little talking about the blog,  we know so well,  became easier and easier. We could have gone all day 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

Congratulations on your successful ‘Open Day’. It is never easy to make a presentation without notes so you must have worked really hard to learn all that you needed to say.
Your parents and teachers must be very proud of you 🙂

Congratulations, Team France. I see you did a great job promoting our blog and you do deserve your teacher and parents being proud of you… you have worked really well in our project 🙂
My thoughts were with you all day long, but I couldn’t comment on your post before as I am still in Lisbon. 🙂

I’m sure parents appreciated how pupils from different schools in Europe con get to know each other … as a parent, I would certainly choose a school with such projects 😉
@ Anna: nice to see you “cross the miles”, too 🙂 !

Congratulations, dear friends. Fantastic presentation! 🙂 You have surely enjoyed that day as much as we did the week before. This morning Mrs Ullrich showed us your post, and we were very happy to see all the things we had sent to you on display. 🙂 We love this project! 🙂
